Imprint Ink Colors:
All imprints are matched out of
4 Color Process inks that might be slightly lighter or darker on
the finished product.

If an exact Pantone color ink (PMS color), or controlled color is required,
please add 10% per color to the Item (Cat. No.) cost in the price chart above, and provide
the PMS color number with your purchasing order, or send us an ink sample.
Imprint Area:
Style 12-BK - top imprint: 21-1/4" x 3-1/8"; side imprint: 2-1/2" x 8-1/2".
style 12BG - top imprint: 21 1/4" x 2 7/8"; side imprint: 3" x 8 1/4".
style 12BT - top imprint: 21 1/4" x 3 1/4"; bottom imprint: 13 1/4" x 1 3/4".
Style 12BL - top imprint: 21-1/4" x 3-1/8"; side imprint: 3-1/4" x 8".
No changes are allowed in the pre-printed calendar portion of the desk pad.

Proofs:
If requested, a digital proof is available for $20.00. Any author's
alterations made after the proof has been shown, will be billed at our current hourly rate.

ready color artwork to size (see imprint area above. No halftone

Shipping:
FOB plant. We will use our
discretion as to the best method to be
used. Please call us for approximate freight charges
when ordering.
Drop Shipping:
No extra charge for drop shipment in multiples of our standard
packaging, otherwise add $7.00 per location and $2.00 per carton.
Type of Packaging:
bulk - 21-3/4" x 16-3/4" sizes - 50 pads per carton unless specified. Shipping weight:
40 Lbs. per carton. Mailing containers: available at $1.30 extra for
each container. Poly film envelopes: $0.60 extra for each envelope.
Normal Production Time:
15 - 20 business days in the plant from final proof approval and the receipt of
complete purchasing
order. NOTE: We may require extended
production time from October through December.
If an artwork proof is sent, please allow time for return of proof.
